A second story was added
to this once family home to create a modernized vacation home for both
the aging mother, and grown kids to feel at home. The driveway, garage
and first floor plan was reconfigured to maximize functionality and fun
to utilize 1200 sq foot outdoor living space, complete with bocce ball
court, putting green, gas fire pit and BBQ area.
Mom kept her in-suite bedroom on the first floor, and the daughter &
spouse got their own primary bedroom in-suite and living room in the new
2nd story, with a private deck that created a new ocean view.
