Months
after a leak created unimaginable amounts of damage to the homeowner’s
master bathroom, it was still in disrepair. To mesh the client’s
traditional style with their contemporary home, within the insurance
reimbursement, we carefully selected dark wood porcelain tile accented
with rustic mosaics, and refinished the existing white enameled
cabinetry and trim. To accommodate the client’s busy lifestyle, we
eliminated an underused tub and converted the tub’s old water supply to
fit the plumbing of a new luxurious shower and specified a wall-mounted
showerhead, a rain head and hand-held. The result is a fresh space that
is naturally glamorous.
