This basement in a
high-end home required an area that would be conducive to business and
entertaining. The new space includes a great room, two bedrooms, a wine
room, home theater, and a bar area. No space went unused in this unique
basement project. The space under the stairs was turned into a revolving
wine box display and the door opens up into a safe room. Custom stamped
concrete adorns the floor and faux paint adds beauty to the walls. To
further enhance the room, a two-sided fireplace was added. This
beautifully finished basement is roomy and airy which provides an
above-ground feel.
