Whole House Remodel

After 120 years of abuse and bad remodeling this home needed to be modernized but we also wanted to restore its historic charm. We carefully altered the floor plan to increase circulation and natural light between all the rooms and created a large kitchen that is now the heart of the house. On the second floor we added a new master suite with all the modern amenities and a new stairway to a third floor media room. By using historic details in a contemporary way we were able to create a seamless interior - both modern and timeless.
