2017 Whole House Remodel under $300,000

This project started off as a 100-year old duplex. The house and lot were small in size, but we developed a plan that combined both sides of the historic structure. We created a large open area for the kitchen, living and dining spaces, with a guest suite in the original structure, and a foyer, garage and master suite in a new addition. The L-shaped plan creates a quiet courtyard that expands the living space outdoors. We maintained the historic feel of the original house and merged it with a modern, open floor plan while still creating comfortable and cozy spaces.
