A St.
Louis home has a new wing devoted to cars and leisure. The addition
connects to the home via a breezeway off the mudroom. In the ground
floor is a family room with a full bathroom and laundry closet. It leads
to both a patio overlooking the pool and a 3-car garage. The garage
features cabinetry recycled from their kitchen remodel and a precisely
organized hunting closet. On the upper floor clubhouse is a finished
attic loft space for a gaming center and TV lounge, plus a spacious
guest bedroom. The project includes a new stamped concrete drive.
