Basement Remodel
A couple wished to turn the unfinished
portion of their basement into creative spaces for themselves and their
grandchildren. The new part of the basement is 2 rooms accessed by a new
hallway with a foot-operated sink for messy hands.
The kids’ arts and crafts room has
kid-size furniture and a wall of custom cabinets with bench seating so
each child can store their own supplies. Next door, the gift wrapping
room is for adult projects plus an office work space. Work tables and
storage is complimented by a custom-designed floor-to-ceiling hutch
cabinet that holds gift wrapping and craft supplies..
