2003 Best Residential Historic Renovation

This 2-time award winning project also won in the sunroom category. This 1800’s structure has been renovated to accommodate a variety of uses including media room, office, and artist’s studio. The new uses have been achieved through a celebration of the structure’s history by exposing the original brick walls, ceiling joists, rough-sawn roof decking and roof system.
