 The
existing 1,500sq. ft. 1950’s home had an inefficient layout,
outdated interior finishes, inefficient energy usage, poor indoor
air quality and materials containing asbestos and lead.
The new 3,276 sq. ft. three story contemporary craftsman home was
designed to utilize a portion of the existing foundation along the
front of the home, to take advantage of the lake views along the
back of the home, and to provide the entertaining spaces the couple
desired.
With high energy efficiency, superior indoor air quality, and the
use of green building practices/materials, this Built Green
Certified home is a dream come true for its owners. |
