2017 Addition over $250,000
This Dutch Colonial style home had
potential for great enhancement as it had been remodeled several times.
By adding 1,076 sq ft to the home and using over 12 structural beams,
the an open and functional floorplan was achieved. A formal front entry
was added where guests now enter into the grand 2 story entryway. The
existing hazardous stairs were removed and new stairs were added. The
kitchen and master suite were re-located. A guest bathroom, laundry room
and attached 2 car garage were also added. The interior of the whole
