The owners purchased this
beach area home for its location. The existing structure was dated and
suffered from neglect. Since this was their last move, the expectations
were high. The design goal was a tropical feel, bringing the Florida
environment into the rooms. This completely renovated home includes a
full master suite, guest suite and home office. The centrally located
kitchen and open floorplan have maximized the view of the rear yard from
all but one habitable room.
