The team designed a new patio, deck,
and screened porch creating a functional and inviting outdoor space
with a large covered patio, open deck, cozy fireplace, ceiling
heaters, fans, and glass skylights. A Bullfrog hot tub and outdoor
grilling area were integrated, along with accent lighting and
electrical hookups for mosquito traps.
The design included new steps, doors,
windows, waterproofing under the decking, new siding, larger
gutters, and stormwater management solutions.
Despite weather-related
challenges from October 2022 to May 2023, careful planning and
flexibility ensured the project's successful completion. The clients
were wonderful, and the project turned out beautifully.
