Built
in 1914, the home lacked the creature comforts and functionality one
might expect. The clients wanted to turn their outdated, dilapidated
home into a “little gem”….but with a limited budget. Between the
project team and the architect, ways were found to transform the home
within the existing footprint, and within the budget, while maintaining
the corporate responsibility of delivering superior craftsmanship and
innovative design.
