This building was
designed to serve as a garage with home office above, and to improve the
curb appeal of the home. A detached structure was designed rather than
an addition because the client did not want to darken the existing room
on the left side of the house. This building allows easy access to the
backyard without taking it over. The owners now have a garage, home
office, extra storage and a structure that improves the charm of their
home.
