2008 Best Whole House Remodel $200K - $500K

The scope of work encompassed a gut-rehab, whole house remodel that took the existing home completely down to the studs in all areas except three bedroom spaces on the second floor. The project also included a two-story SIP addition off the rear with provision for the owner’s artist studio space below in the ICF finished basement. The homeowners achieved a sympathetic addition which gave them a new family room, mud room and powder bath on the first floor...a new expanded kids bathroom and new master suite on the second floor, and a radical transformation of their existing home’s floor plan on the first floor.
