Remodel Over $500,000
This was a comprehensive
project involving a three-story addition and a significant remodel of
the existing home. The design solution radically reconfigured the
interior layout. The kitchen space was relocated to the rear, placing it
literally at the center of daily life. The former kitchen location
became the new mudroom. A new family gathering space with adjacent daily
dining and rear deck, and a master suite on the second floor and
children’s lower level play space finishes the transformation. The new
layout now greatly enhances function and provides a family gathering
zone at the back of the home with everything in close proximity.
