2010 Best Addition $100,000 - $250,000

This grand 2 ½ story late 19th century home was moved from the Minneapolis downtown area to its new site in the Kenwood neighborhood in 1908. The new addition and kitchen honor the style of the home while providing a unique eclectic mixture of design elements. Asian influenced Arts and Crafts era detailing used in the furniture quality island room now opens to the kitchen and family room and a new mud room with a covered entry provides a convenient private entrance from the garage.
