Historic Renovation
This Charles Johnston
house, built-in 1915, needed a renovation only ten years after a
previous remodel that didn't hold up to time. The new project's scope
included expanding the kitchen by adding bump-out, additional windows, a
mudroom remodel, and an updated butler's pantry/office space. The
finishes chosen were inspired by the original house and its many unique
details. The remodel left the clients with a space that celebrated the
history of their beautiful home.
