2018 Regional Best Residential Interior
$150,000 - $300,000
Our clients love their
1909 American traditional home on Summit Avenue in St. Paul. Prior to
the remodel, the 90's interior didn't fit into the beautiful design of
the original house. We opened up the floorplan by connecting the kitchen
to the dining room and sunroom through larger arches and created a
mudroom, ski closet, and powder room, making for greater functionality
and better flow throughout the main floor. Natural materials and
high-end details reclaim the home's history and tie it in with the
classic aura of the rest of the interior.
