The kitchen in this
1880’s vintage house had been remodeled more than once, yet it was ready
for another new makeover. Initially, it appeared that all it needed was
new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. After further examination,
everything needed to be torn out…all the way down to the dirt foundation
beneath the existing floor system. This is one of those projects where
one layer of obstacles followed another, but with the sheer perseverance
of the contractor, a new, bright, cheerful kitchen emerged from the
ruins.
