The clients purchased
Rock Rose, a manor in Watch Hill, R.I., and hired Davitt Design Build,
Inc. for a full renovation, including specialty rooms like a storage
room fit with a custom dog wash station. The goal was to create a
practical yet elegant space for everyday essentials and pampered pets.
The centerpiece is a
luxurious marble sink with a decorative backsplash, complemented by
unlacquered polished brass hardware. A rattan light fixture adds
texture, while shiplap walls, matching the custom cabinetry, provide a
cohesive backdrop. Grey and white checkboard tile adds playfulness and
durability, perfect for a high-traffic, pet-friendly space.
