This home has a beautiful view of the golf course, but the existing layout prohibited taking advantage of the breathtaking view. The new design eliminated a partition wall from the family room and a wall between the dining room and kitchen to allow continuous traffic flow and openness. In the kitchen a large island was created, housing all the plumbing and electrical in a 5 X14 area. The featured wall is the china cabinet, custom made to partition the kitchen from the dining room. The mudroom was all redesign with the plumbing and electrical moved across the room to create additional storage. The added counter and backsplash above the washer and dryer make folding laundry a lot easier. An old brick fireplace is now covered with flagstone from floor to ceiling and a larger French door with top transom was installed to provide a great view of the golf course.
