2015 Addition $100,000 - $250,000

The clients wanted to replace their boxy, closed up colonial for an open layout, more light and soft wall and floor colors. The solution was a two-story addition on the back of the existing breakfast room and small bedroom. They also added a sunroom/family room on the left side of their old family room.  The new room offers vaulted ceilings with four skylights and lots of windows that provide a great view of the side and back yard. Separated by a stoned double-sided fireplace, this new sunroom is connected to a new outside sun deck made with Trex material.  An open floor plan, with contemporary style settings was what these homeowners dreamed of and now they get to enjoy it.
