3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft addition and new laundry room; built new arts and craft style porch with dual front and side entry. Front porch was built with Tex and white shaker style rail, posts, and a beaded ceiling panel. The brick chimney was rebuilt and extended to pass new second floor roofline. In the main level, created a large open living-sitting area, wrapped around with windows to bring natural light into the room. New master bedroom with new walk-in closet and master bathroom. The large shower with pebble stone and totally frameless shower door. A freestanding slipper tub under the window creates a spa-like feel. A new kid's bedroom, a new house-office-area, a new loft used for kid's play area, a new hall bathroom, and new laundry room upstairs with porcelain tile, a deep sink and washer and dryer.
