Entering from the front door, the foyer and hallway was furnish with new linear porcelain tiles, new lighting and as you enter the home an area dedicated for locker style closet.

The staircase and entire railing systems were replaced with wooden treads and risers and matching railing.

Main level contains of small kitchen, pantry closet, a combined Living and dining area.

Then repositioned the powder room, not to open in old kitchen space, then demolished the pantry closet and moved refrigerator and pantry cabinets on that wall. The old wood burning fireplace with brick heart was converted to gas fireplace.
