In this 1930’s home, the
existing bath was converted into a one-of-a-kind master bath that
includes a large soaking tub, shower, toilet, two lavatories, decorative
furniture and linen storage…all within 85 square feet of space. The door
was shifted to the corner to improve the efficiency of circulation.
Custom furniture pieces were designed to combine storage with bath
functions…the lavatories are contained within the hutch and the armoire
stores linens and supplies while fubbering the toilet from the doorway.
Using relatively inexpensive tiles, they let the patterns give the room
the rquired pizzazz.
