We built a 2-story addition that included a primary suite upstairs and a large screened porch with a fireplace downstairs. We replaced an awkwardly placed full bathroom in the middle of the first floor living space with a half bath and bar area.

Screens were replaced with metal framed windows at a side porch, converting the room into a perfect office and sitting area. The front porch and steps needed repair, so we replaced all the cracked red clay tile with new concrete pavers. Our renovation gives the family all the additional space they need to live comfortably in their home and looks as if it was built as part of the original design.
