A fire
damaged a 3-story condominium building leaving 12 units affected with
fire, water and mold damage. The building was restores in compliance
with 2010 codes. We provided maintenance fee options for the exterior
siding, impact glass on all windows due to proximity to the coast,
increased exterior lighting for security and created parking space for
golf carts. The interior of each unit was customized to each owners
design selections for cabinets, counter-tops, flooring, paint and
appliances. We worked closely with each unit owner and the management
company to effectively communicate each step and guarantee on-time
completion.
