Commercial Insurance Restoration
The Citadel Beach Club
suffered a fire in May 2016 causing extensive fire, smoke and water
damage to the building. The structure’s south end roof was completely
destroyed and the interior was taken down to the studs. The entire
buildings electrical and mechanicals were replaced including a chiller
system that services the ballroom. We were able to salvage the original
cathedral ceiling in the ballroom and restore the heart pine floors by
utilizing dry ice blasting to remove the smoke damage. The project was
completed in nine months and a grand reopening was held in February
2017.
