A&I Fire and Water Restoration was hired
to restore/reconstruct 16 condominiums that were significantly damaged
by fire. To facilitate communication with the Management Company and the
unit owners, we assigned a “Customer Advocate” to the project. The
Advocate was responsible for providing weekly construction updates and
working with each owner on their interior selections based on the budget
and change order requests.
The results and feedback about the
project were positive from each unit owner and the Management Company.
The $3.7 Million project was completed on time and in budget.
