A custom three story
oceanfront home was struck by lightning, which ignited a fire in the
attic. There was significant smoke and structural damage to the 3rd
floor. The 3rd floor was gutted and restored, which included the
electrical, audio visual, security and HVAC systems. We had a few
obstacles to overcome between the HVAC design, access issues from home
location and area being hit by Hurricane Florence. Despite all the
challenges we delivered quality service, restoring the home in six
months. The client is ecstatic with the end result and you can't tell
the home had a fire.
