A&I Fire and Water
Restoration was hired as the contractor to perform structural drying,
demolition and reconstruction to 12 high-end condominium units. The
cause of the loss was due to a frozen sprinkler line in the attic on the
3rd floor. Our mitigation team had to set up temporary heating equipment
to dry the units since all the HVAC units had to be pulled out. Since
the elevators were not operational, we manually carried and set over 200
pieces of equipment throughout the three story building. Due to the
remote location of the project, resources were marshaled from Virginia,
South Carolina and North Carolina in order to meet the timeline and
budget. The results and feedback about the project were all positive.
We exceeded the owner’s and interior designer’s expectations with our
quality workmanship and timely completion.
