On March 16th 2013
Windsor Green condominiums had a fire destroying 26 buildings and 110
condo units. A&I was brought in immediately to develop a plan of action
to rebuild. From the time construction began, we completed the
rebuilding in 7 months, allowing homeowners to move in before the end of
the year. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule and
received positive feedback from the homeowners, HOA Board and the local
community. The complexity of the loss was overcome by our experienced
staff understanding large losses, and our understanding that we were
working for 110 different clients.
