With bungalow scale and
detailing, this whole-house remodel not only added living space and
function to this 1921 home, but burnished its character. 600 square feet
was added to the first floor family room with a fireplace and built-ins,
and an upstairs master bedroom suite with a bathroom and two walk-in
closets was also added. In the kitchen, the period charm was renewed,
while adding modern conveniences and an eating nook. All rooms were
rejuvenated with refinished surfaces. The exterior boasts a restored
front porch, new back deck, a well-defined side entrance, and new paint.
