The clients wanted to restore their 1912 Craftsman home to its original character, while increasing energy efficiency throughout and adding modern conveniences to the kitchen. The project encompassed exterior and interior work. Through our work, we restored as many original elements as possible and sensitively folded new layers into the home where necessary. Exacting craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail resulted in a seamless blending of pas and present in a home that will stand for another 100 years. The energy efficient and sustainable layers that were added will ensure comfort and affordability for the current owners and future generations.
