This project was the
updating of a 20 year old condo townhouse in an old town neighborhood.
The first step was to gut all four floors of the condo and start over.
On the top floor a bonus room and bathroom were added. On the third
floor, the master and second bathrooms were gutted and all fixtures and
and vanities replaced. On the main floor, the dining room and living
room were reconfigured for a better flow, and a gourmet custom kitchen
was installed. The Home Rebuilders turned a stodgy old condo into a very
cosmopolitan condo used for entertaining and a relaxed environment.
