This client’s home had a stone patio on the rear of the house that was never used. They decided to make the investment in their home and add a screened porch complete with a fireplace and several ceiling fans to extend the usable season of the space. The result was an area that compliments the original structure and ties into it seamlessly. An area that was never used for many reasons was turned into a space the homeowners love whether they are relaxing by a cozy fire or dining with family or friends.
