2008 Best Addition Under $100,000
This was the third phase
of an ongoing home remodel which continued as the master bath and powder
room were redesigned, giving full attention to detail with the use o
granite, vessel sinks and high end plumbing fixtures. The master bedroom
was given the same ‘raise the roof” treatment as the family room, giving
significant volume to the master suite. The room’s exterior wall was
extended into the garden to create a sitting area just inside the newly
created private courtyard.
The courtyard is a fashionable and functional solution in that the newly
added area now abuts the home’s main driveway. The previously basic
bedroom and bath area is now an elegant master suite, complete with
private interior and exterior sitting areas.
